Number 2

Well they said it couldn't be done, but here it is blog post no.2. Exciting, I know. Since I last posted I've not achieved much in my life. I've been playing on Call of Duty 4 - now I finally see why it won so many awards, and Far Cry 2 - which is great, but I'm getting fed up of how bloody far you have to drive to get to different parts of the missions and stuff, especially when I have to do it a 2nd time because I've just died. Oh well! I have also cooked dinner, or tea, whichever you prefer, I myself am a 'tea' man. I made jacket potatoes with beans AND cheese, with a side salad. This went down well with Aoif, although, as my own biggest critic I felt the potato would have been better had it had an extra 5 or 10 minutes in the ol' oven. Nevermind, better luck next time.

The rest of my flatmates have been watching Hostage downstairs, I can't remember if I've seen that one or not. Stoobs has not been watching Hostage however, he has been at Alice and Sophie's house enjoying a Dr. Who marathon. Yawn! Don't get me wrong the Ecclestonian and Tennantian Whos have been great but before that - rubbish! All in one go as well - yuck! A perfect example of a great TV/film marathon would be Die Hards 1 through 4, Lethal Weapon 1 through 4, the entire Band of Brothers or something equally as good as that.

As for the rest of evening, Aoife is knackered having got up at 4am, ( I got up at 12.30 - result) to be an extra in 'The Fixer' which is a TV drama, or so I'm told. I did however get my 2nd favourite TV show's boxset today, that being 'Hustle', the BBC1 show about a group of con artists. So there's 4 series there to be watched, as well as the 5th which is on TV on Thursdays. What's my favourite TV show I hear you ask - the one, the only, Jonathan Creek! I also have the boxset and was most impressed with the special New Year's Day episode earlier this month, I live in eternal hope that they bring back a series.

Anyway, now that I have discussed some real world issues, I'd best be off to watch the aforementioned boxset of Hustle. Until tomorrow then, sleep well.
