Welcome

Well, this is strange. Normally, I'd see this screen when sneakily looking over Robin Blamires' shoulder in eager anticipation, hoping to perhaps be fortunate enough to get a sneak preview of his latest blog entry. His blog is famous across the entire university and has often provided hours of interest and entertainment. I can't even hope to compete with the success of blammy.blogspot.com.

'Why, then Chris? Why start blogging?' I hear you ask! An excellent question. One that I'm not quite sure how to answer. I've recently discovered Twitter - amazing, it is - and this got me thinking about blogging again. You see, I've thought about it off and on for around a year, but was always slightly put off by the fact that various friends of mine had attempted blogs, and they became more entertainment to my peers, than informative and interesting, as I hope this one to be. I wish I has started a blog when I started uni some two-and-a-half years ago, but alas, I did not, and it's taken to 3 months before I finish at uni for me to begin. I think a case of 'why not?' was behind the decision to begin, a deicison made not 2 hours ago!

This entry here is simply an introductory post and there will be many more, I hope, that will inform about what it is that I'm doing with my life and how I feel about particular issues. I will try not to swear, or be boring, and to keep posting regularly.

This is all rather exciting, I feel like Bryn from Gavin and Stacey when he finds out about paragliding. If you haven't watched Gavin and Stacey, you must as it's excellent.

I'm torn between listing all sorts of information about myself as an introduction and just disclosing things as I go...I'll do a bit of both:

I'm 21 (just 5 days ago infact!), in my final year at uni, and work as a studio producer at Classic FM. I have a girlfriend of nearly 2 years, Aoife (that's Ee-fa to you English people) and she's marvellous. I come from a tiny town from Norfolk, called King's Lynn - it's rubbish, honestly and my current favourite activity is playing on my Xbox 360, particularly on line on XBOX live! - which is a new discovery to me. My 'gamertag' is cpwc if anyones interested in a game of Fifa or Call of Duty.

Anyway, must dash, I've just cooked a mini pizza. I'm sure there'll be more before bedtime.

Good Tie.
